The Midwest Dahlia Conference was established to promote more widespread interest in growing dahlias in the Midwest.  The desire to bring dahlia growers of this section of the nation into closer and friendlier contact with each other is facilitated through the holding of an Annual Midwest Dahlia Show, each year sponsored by a different member society and held in a different part of the Midwest. The Midwest Dahlia Conference is also striving to promote further education and understanding of the dahlia and its culture to its member societies and to the public.

2018 Annual Midwest Dahlia Conference Show
The Midwest Dahlia Conference Show will be hosted by the Dahlia Society of Ohio, and will be held at the Holiday Inn in Strongsville, OH on 7-9 September 2018.

2018 Midwest Dahlia Conference Dahlia Judging Seminar
The 2018 Midwest Dahlia Conference Dahlia Judging Seminar and Picnic will be held on Saturday, August 11th at the Bonneville Trial Gardens at Bonneville Mill County Park in Elkhart, Indiana.  You won’t want to miss this event. Top growers and experienced dahlia judges will come together to take you through the Bonneville ADS Trial garden where the new varieties are grown. You will join a team of judges and glean all the information you need to be a successful dahlia grower. Then at lunch time a presentation on setting up blooms for a show will be given.
